Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All daily household goods orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, exclude US federal holidays) from our California warehouse.
- Orders placed after 2PM Pacific Time(PT), weekends & official US holidays will be arranged for processing on the next working business day.
- Pre-order or out-of-stock items need extra 5~8 business days for restock, we will send stock update via registered customer email automatically.

4. Free Shipping Exclusion Terms
- Free standard delivery only applies to regular-size daily necessities; oversized/bulky goods are excluded from free shipping with extra freight cost calculated on checkout.
- Free shipping cannot combine with expedited/overnight upgrade service.
- International destinations are not eligible for free shipping.
5. Package Tracking & Delivery Issue
Once goods dispatched, tracking number will be auto emailed to buyers within 24 hours.- Non-human-caused delays (natural disaster, carrier suspension, US nationwide holiday) are not our liability;
- Missing-in-transit packages: customers must submit claim request within 15 days after estimated delivery date, we assist carrier investigation.
6. International Shipping Rule
